What is the best part of your job?
As a director, I have a role and voice in setting the strategic direction of the institute. I incorporate my CMA strategic leadership education as well as my work experience to influence the corporate strategy of the organization.

What are some of the challenges you currently face at work?
Recruitment of qualified candidates who also fit well with the corporate culture and values of the organization.

How is this position different from other jobs you have had?
My input reaches beyond the Finance/Accounting department and into corporate level strategy.

Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Why did you choose to pursue a CMA?
The strategic leadership program aligned with the direction I wanted to take my career. It provided both professional and personal development that took my career to levels beyond my expectations.

I would love to go to Argentina. I hear it is beautiful.

r4i don't save game. When restart the DSi, the game is started at the beginning.The file system of the r4 card might be problem, First copy all the contain of the SD card to the computer for backup, Second reformatting the SD card, for SD card more than 1GB please format to FAT32. Last copy back the backup files to the SD card again.

Stuck at the “NO CARD” screen after loading DSi r4.
SD Card not found. Please check whether r4 card-SD card was insert properly or not into the flash card. Otherwise SD card could be fault.
