Longtail Kitchen serves Thai-style street food inside the River Market, quite genius really.
I love the concept of it: nothing over $10 on the menu.
The restaurant was opened by Angus An – he also opened Maenam on West 4th in Vancouver.
I would prefer if the dishes didn’t come in paper plates because, well I just hate eating out of paper plates especially if I am dining in. However, the food was wonderful.
But if asked, if I enjoyed the food for it being a THAI restaurant – well then it’s not quite there.
During daytime it’s a restaurant, when the store shuts off to public at night, it becomes a cooking school - I really like that.
