Salvador Dali exhibit opens in Vancouver

Salvador Dali was one of the most iconic artists of the twentieth century. The Spanish painter began his career in the early 1900s, and was known for his technical skill and the shocking quality of his imagination.

Vancouver residents can experience ten pieces from the Dali Sculpture Collection, now on display at part of the “Definitely Dali” exhibition at Chali-Rosso Gallery. The ten pieces display the artist’s striking surrealist works, and have been been shown worldwide.

During the two months these sculptures will be on exhibit, several talks and educational events will allow the community to learn, explore and be entertained by the "Definitely Dali" exhibition.

Chali-Rosso Art Gallery exhibits the largest private gallery collection of European Masters in Canada, including pieces by Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Miro, Renoir, and Rembrandt.
