Personal philosophy: I love the joyous feeling that delicious quality food, made fresh with passion, brings. But what makes me truly content is watching people's faces light up as they experience my delectable treats. I want to share my talent with people who care about great tasting quality. Great food and great people is the connection that keeps me going. Life is a gift - keep giving.
