Chloe mentioned it was the second time in a week that a Fashion Blogger took her photo! I wish I could have seen her first outfit. Today I loved the way her shift dress swayed to and fro with every step. I asked about her inspiration and she said she wanted to wear something comfortable and simple. We both agreed it’s easy to create a nice look from basic pieces, provided you know how to mix & match. I like how Chloe’s burgundy color dress complemented her skin tone. I also like how her black hair matched her heels and purse. Each element is understated but overall it looks great.
