Restaurant Review: Hi Five 24 Baked and fried chicken

We’ve been meaning to check out High Five Chicken, which opened recently. It is conveniently open 24 hours. The space has about 20-30 seats. The menu includes sandwiches, fried chicken and salads. Chicken comes baked or fried, regular or spicy. The homemade recipes contain no MSG, additives or chemicals or colours.

I ordered the two-piece chicken meal. It comes with potato wedges and a drink.

The chicken is good. It’s not too greasy. It’s got a lot of breading. It’s very crispy. The chicken inside is a little on the dry side, but not too dry. The seasoning is more apparent in this fried chicken compared to other chicken joints. I still prefer Church’s Chicken in terms of the chicken, but the potato wedges are much better here. The potato wedges are very crispy but still soft on the inside. The seasoning works really well here.

Hi Five Chicken is a good place to grab chicken if you’re in the area. Value-wise, it’s slightly cheaper than Church’s Chicken.
