Iconic Vancouver hotel transforms into winter wonderland

Rosewood Hotel Georgia is preparing for its second annual Winter Pop-Up at Reflections: The Garden Terrace. It will open Nov. 16.

The winter terrace will be decorated with trees, mistletoe and oversized candles to help people get into the holiday spirit.

“We wanted to build on the success of Reflections: The Garden Terrace by continuing our Winter Pop-Up and create another festive tradition for Vancouver. The Winter Pop-Up is the perfect place for guests to relax and take time to appreciate the holiday season,”said Philip Meyer, managing director of Rosewood Hotel Georgia.

The winter terrace menu will include dishes like Cheese Fondue, Turkey & Sage Sausage Rolls and Profiteroles and also Braised Short rib "Poutine", Spiced BBQ Pork Tacos, Oyama Chorizo Mustard Bowl & Chocolate & Banana Bread Pudding. The patio will also serve cocktails created by the hotel’s award-winning bartenders including Scrooged Up and Winter Daisy. Also mulled wine, hot toddies, and an extensive range of whiskies & wines will be served.
