Are you or have you been or EI in the past 3 years or maternity/parental benefits in the past 5 years? Trouble entering the workforce? Then the PICS Wage Subsidy Program is just for you! Our program is an employment initiative that provides placement assistance to people who would otherwise face barriers entering the full-time work force. We pay a percentage of the participant’s wage for a specific period which acts as an incentive to the employer to hire individuals ready and willing to work.
