The terrorist target list compiled by American intelligence agencies that identified two Bali resorts as potential strike zones prior to last year's bombings on the holiday island, also named the Lucas Heights nuclear reactor in Sydney, Australia as a target of terrorists, reports the Asian Pacific Post. The nuclear facility was placed on the highest possible alert on Oct 11, 2002, one day before the attacks in Bali.
