Asia Pacific CEO Association Worldwide, Executive Chairman, Zheng Xiongwei signed an MOU with  the Asia Pacific CEO Association of Canada as an important strategic partner at a Summit meeting held in China last week. 

The Canadian delegation led by Chairman Mr. Claude Tchao toured Beijing’s 2008 Olympic site, attended the unveiling of the new Outsourcing Centre in Tianjin, participated at the international Asia Pacific CEO Summit for CEO’s, Governors and Mayors in Guangzhou and as special guests of the government, visited a new thriving City of Haining.

A Canadian delegation of business men and women left Vancouver for China on December 8th  returning December 16th .  The Mr. Tchao, Chairman stated the agenda was packed full of meetings and opportunities for everyone that attended.  The results was a huge success. 
The Canadian delegation was well received and invited to serve on several panel discussions with panelists from all over the world. 

Mr. Tchao said “we proved Canada’s trade can be strengthened by drawing on its underutilized resource which is the wealth of knowledge and experience of business men and women who have immigrated to Canada and this trip not only proved our concept is right but it secured Canada a seat at the table with this international group.”

Ms. Florence Gordon, Director General said “we developed excellent opportunities for the members traveling with the delegation to meet potential partners and we established a solid list of business and government contacts. The international Summit was very high profile in China with continuous media coverage.  The Canadian delegation received an overwhelming amount of media coverage including the golf tournament in which team Canada walked away with 5 trophies.”
