Secret Recipe . . .
Stir Fry
• A pinch of ginger
• A pinch of fresh garlic
• 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1. Saute together at medium temperature for approximately 30 seconds.
2. Add chicken broth and whatever vegetables you wish.
3. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes.
4. Recipe can be made vegetarian by substituting Oyster sauce with vegetarian oyster sauce. Substitute chicken broth with vegetable broth and a half cup of water.
