Secret Recipe . . . Spare Ribs Wash one pound of spare ribs. Heat pan to 150 degrees. Add 2 ounces of ginger and 4 ounces of onion to pan. Pan fry both sides of ribs until golden brown, approx. 5 min. Add 1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine. 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce. 5 ounces of sugar 2 ounces of ketchup 10 ounces of water Simmer for 30 minutes with lid on. Serves approximately 2-4 people.
