Secret Recipe . . . Grilled Beef Wraps Flank Steak • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce • 1 teaspoon soy sauce • 1 teaspoon sugar • 1 clove garlic • 2 oz. vegetable oil • Marinate for 24 hours • Once marinated grill at medium heat until medium rare • Add a tablespoon of fish sauce • Add a pinch of ground chili • 1/2 teaspoon ground rice • 1 tablespoon of lime • Add basil and red onions to taste.
