Secret Recipe:

Kuku Paka

Marinate chicken tender in:

1 tbsp of turmeric powder

1 tbsp crushed ginger

1 tbsp crushed garlic

1 tbsp salt

Keep marinated in fridge for 3 to 4 hours

Coconut Sauce

4 to 5 tbsp of coconut powder

2 cans coconut milk

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp salt

1 serving tomato paste

Add lemon juice to taste

Cook on pan at medium heat until boiling starts

Separately grill chicken and boil 2 eggs

Then add coconut sauce and eggs to the chicken
