There are no refunds for electronic media products such as classifieds which have already been run or placed by booking deadlines. Sea Ad Agency does not take responsibility in any omission or error in these placements. In case of product deficiency, or in regards a disputed placement, Sea Ad can – given the circumstances of the case – provide a replacement classified in the upcoming issue/ placement period.
Display ads
Refunds are available for any display ads which have not been run given Sea Ad Agency receives at minimum 1-week notice of cancellation. In case of product deficiency, or in regards a disputed placement, Sea Ad can – given the circumstances of the case – provide a replacement ad in the upcoming issue/ placement period.
Subscriptions
Refunds are available for any subscription copies which are impending in a subscription contract. Sea Ad Agency requires at minimum a 1-week notice of cancellation. In case of product deficiency, Sea Ad can – given the circumstances of the case – provide a replacement issue for the next coming issue/ placement period.
Refunds are available for the remaining months on an e-mail contract. Sea Ad Agency requires at minimum a 1-week notice of cancellation.
