Jump sidekick, say firefly in Korean or learn to make Korean Sushi -- kids between the ages of 7 and 12 can do all this and more in an ‘experience of Korea in Canada’ between July 21 and July 23 at Kwomais in Surrey, B.C.

Says camp director Yonah Martin: "The purpose of this camp is not only to give kids the opportunity to have fun this summer but to help them learn their own roots."
Mi-Jung Lee, CTV 11 o’clock news producer is part of the organizing committee – with her kids too soon to be enrolled. "I want our children to learn and be excited about Korean culture,"she says.
Activities include Tae Kwon Do and pottery workshops (by Clay Kim), insect labs and magic shows (Min Je Woo), story telling and performances by the Vancouver Korean Dance Society, swimming and a host of other fun activities.
