Mango LassiINGREDIENTS
1 large ripe mango
1 cup thick natural yogurt
100ml water
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon sugar or honey to taste (optional)

 

METHOD
Remove cheeks from mango, peel and dice flesh. Cut any excess flesh off the stone.
In a jug blender, combine mango, yogurt, water, ice and sugar or honey. Blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses.

Serving size: Serves 1
Cooking time: Less than 15 minutes
