Mark you calendars. Surrey is joining the ever popular Richmond and Chinatown night markets. The open-air Surrey Night Market opens the first weekend of July, and will feature a variety of local foods, services and goods. Residents from Surrey and neighbouring cities are invited to take part in the multicultural, family-friendly event.

The Surrey Night Market will promote community spirit and showcase a variety of local performances each night. The market also supports Cans for Cancer. Proceeds from all beverage container recycling will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society to fund their mission of eradicating cancer and enhancing the quality of life of all Canadian’s living with cancer.

Located at the Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds, the market will run from the first weekend of July to the end of August, every Friday and Saturday night.
