Pastry Chef Fumiko Moreton studied at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. She became interested in pastry arts. Fumiko has obtained her red seal and participated in many competitions, along with being the recipient of the Les Dame d’Escoffier Scholarship twice.

You’ll find Chocolate Fondue for Two – made with Valrhona manjari grand cru single origin 64 percent and a platter of homemade churros, fruits, marshmallows, financiers and potato chips. The Valrhona Manjari is a bar of nice, darker chocolate that is not bitter but almost slightly tangy. The number of items on the plate is perfect for two people.

Love you to Pieces! is a bar of heart-shaped chocolate filled with sweet goodies including chocolates and gummies that comes with a mallet for you to smash open.

The Chocolate Charcuterie Board is a fun twist with chocolate salami, cookies, dried figs, and some fruits. The chocolate salami is not too sweet and filled with pistachios and other nuts.

Finally, the show stopper, the Trump Sundae for Four. It’s 24 scoops of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream mixed in with cereal, whipped cream, fruits, gummies, candies, sprinkles, cotton candy, doughnuts, a sugar cookie, marshmallows, and chocolate drizzle. This is perfect for a birthday or a Friday night indulgence. There’s a lot to unpack here, so bring your appetite.
